I'm a licensed amateur radio operator — HB9ZHK, on the air since 1995 — and the developer behind iDigi. My interest sits in the soundcard modes: FT4, FT8, PSK, RTTY, WSPR, SSTV, WEFAX, CW, and the occasional Hellschreiber transmission.
I studied computer science at ETH Zurich, and I've been building tools to make digital modes more accessible and more enjoyable for other hams ever since. iDigi grew out of that: designed from the ground up for macOS, bringing a modern touch to both the classic modes and the newer ones.
Whether you're chasing DX, decoding weather faxes or experimenting with slow-scan TV, I'm always glad to hear from people who share the curiosity. Write to info@idigi.ch.
I also build hardware: DigiLink Nano, a compact digital mode USB interface that connects your rig to a computer or tablet. It works out of the box on Windows, Linux and macOS, with no drivers to install.

Three decades of operating, mostly in the digital modes. Everything in iDigi has been used on a real band before it shipped.
FT4 and FT8 on the iPhone and iPad, from the same hand. If you want the modes in your pocket as well as on your desk, it's there.
iftx.ch →I haven't lost the taste for hardware. The DigiLink Nano is a compact interface for digital modes — built for SOTA, POTA and any portable setup where space, weight and reliability matter.
